If I could give 10 stars I would! I love this community! The staff is incredibly friendly. It's so comforting to know they know you and will have a chat. The maintenance crew is equally friendly, efficient and accommodating. The amenities are great! Beautiful pool and club house. The monthly events are fun and offer a variety of activities that bring the community together weekly. I love walking the property with my dog. I feel safe on the open, well lit grounds. I would tell anyone to join the Comet Sneads Ferry Family!

Just bought a house so we are moving out. But we loved living at Comet! Super spacious rooms, great amenities, and the ALL of the office staff and maintenance are amazing!!! Definitely a great place to live here in sneads ferry. ☺️

I recently moved here from out of state. I'm pleased with the process and my apartment! This was not my first sight-unseen move, but it was the best experience I've had. The leasing agent Claudia was and still is so helpful! She made the process smooth. Claudia is very responsive, kind, knowledgeable, and answered every question I've had. The company's online application and leasing made it easy to apply for and get the apartment I wanted. The website is incredibly useful with a good gallery, virtual apartment tours for select layouts, detailed floorplans, and more. The virtual tours include options for looking at the apartment with and without furnishings, checking specific measurements, etc. I'm a disabled vet. I had no issues with using my disability as income. I have ESA cats. I subm

The staff are so helpful and reliable. Thanks to them i was able to get a place quick and easy. The apartments are decent sized and clean.

I moved into Comet in February 2025 when the construction was completed, and I’ve had a great experience so far. Being a brand-new apartment complex, everything feels fresh and thoughtfully designed. One of the best parts about living here is the staff… they’re incredibly caring and truly supportive of the community. It’s clear they take pride in creating a welcoming environment. The community itself is clean, quiet, and friendly, which makes it feel like home. My only wish is that the clubhouse was open 24/7. The clubhouse is such a great space, and extended hours would make it even better. With my work schedule compared to Comet’s business hours I very rarely have time to take advantage of the clubhouse space. Overall, I highly recommend Comet to anyone looking for a modern, well-maint
