Valencia is just such a well-kept community very clean lot of nice people I give them two thumbs up for other homeowners that say association and the whole nine yards and the golf course is wonderful. I would like to say I have definitely spruced up the area with help from My Friends and the work we do we've made several homes beautiful with landscape. I go to see my aunt and cousins out here all the time. The grounds are beautiful and the nature is unbelievable. The deer, the owls, the racoons and I even saw a bobcat out on the marsh not long ago..

Although I do not live in this neighborhood , I visited it to go on the boardwalk. After I enjoyed the boardwalk that is spectacular. I took the time to drive around the neighborhood. I could see the yards were well manicured the houses were clean and the area looked very safe. I am not sure what the prices of houses are around here, but I'm sure they are upper middle class.
