Palacio Senior Apartments

Our family member lived at Palacio Senior Apartments for over eight years. During that time, the community was consistently well-maintained, and the environment was quiet and appropriate for senior living. Management and staff were professional and responsive when questions came up, and communication during the recent move-out process was clear and handled promptly. Overall, it was a positive long-term experience.

Katharine and the owner of Palacio Senior Apartments went above and beyond for my mom. I feel so grateful knowing my mom will be part of such a wonderful community. The grounds are well maintained and all the staff we came in contact with were warm and friendly. The amount of activities for residents is impressive. My mom can’t wait to do aqua aerobics!

My Mother and Brother have lived at the Palacio Apartments for 2 years. I cannot say enough good things. The place is beautiful, clean and safe. They have weekly and monthly activities which can include yoga, cards, dinners, entertainment, and more. Above all this what our family is most grateful for, is the Owner (who actually cares about his tenants) and Danielle the most amazing and caring Manager EVER, and her wonderful, supportive and helpful staff. We are eternally grateful that we found such a perfect place for them to call home!!

It's a senior apt complex and I live here. The bldg is under necessary repairs on outdated systems. There are all kinds of activities, and once a month we have a dinner ($10) and sometimes entertainment. Lovely neighborhood, near major streets and highway, located in Anaheim Hills. Lovely tenants, have met wonderful folks.

When people find out that I've been living at the Palacio Senior Apartments for 25 years, - they ask if I like it here. My usual answer is, "I guess I do! or I wouldn't still be here after a quarter of a century!"
