Painters Mill Apartments

New management is horrible. They obviously don't care about the residents, the maintenance staff, or taking proper care of the property. Since new management took over, the quality and care of this property has become incredibly poor. If the new management staff cannot or refuse to even try to live up to the standards once provided, changes definitely need to be made within that leasing office. I've lived here since the summer of 2014 and there has been a tremendous downfall with the management of this property. It's unfortunate that I can't leave 0 or a sub zero rating because it is definitely deserving.

I just toured these apartments and was assisted by the most personable, friendly and knowledgeable leasing agent by the name of Tanika. I honestly wouldn’t have even entertained living at Painters Mill apartments if Tanika hadn’t taken the time to answer questions and show my wife and I the model unit! And this was at the end of her work day so I genuinely appreciate her taking the extra time to ensure we felt welcomed and as if we were already home. I mentioned how I was a little hesitant to rent at Painters Mill apartments because some of the units didn’t come with a washer and dryer. Tanika understood my concern and vowed to continue requesting washers and dryers for as many units as she could in her personal goal to make Painters Mill a locations no one could say no to! Nice Apartments however staff completely wasted my time during the application process. I had to reach out numerous times to ask about an update and someone else was supposed to reach out with answers as to why it took so long. One of the many excuses I got when I was able to get someone on the phone that apparently wasn't the person whom was responsible for getting back to me claimed that we took too long to present income verification when I came in personally to do so and followed up with an email. When I came in with the income verification it was pre christmas and the conversation about me "failing to do so" was after Christmas so in other words just dragging me along. An incredible experience on the tour. Very informative and provided a very welcoming and warm atmosphere. Tanika was a great host and offered time and patience for questions, EVEN THOUGH I DIDN'T know what to ask, and guided me through the important aspects of what to look for and expect while touring the property. Also I got a free folder.

I stayed at this apartment complex for 9 months, and I can confidently say it was the best living experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I moved in, everything exceeded my expectations from the friendly and responsive management team to the peaceful, well-maintained environment. The apartment itself was modern, clean, and incredibly comfortable. Everything worked perfectly, and any minor maintenance issue was handled quickly and professionally. The amenities were a huge plus. What stood out the most was the sense of community and security. I always felt safe and truly at home.
