This management company is excellent. They manage HOA Properties abiding by the law. Joyce is good answering all questions at the HOA meetings. I would strongly recommend this company to my friends and family.

My personal experience with Paine Anderson Property Management company. Has been always open to any concerns that needed to be addressed. I remember a time that we had to address their concerns about us having planters on the common area that they didn't want the planter to potentially fall. So we understood and removed them. If I had any other additional questions and concerns. They took their time thoroughly to explain the rules and printed them out so we are well informed. Joyce and Karen are awesome. I would recommend them for a property management company. Its a difficult business to get into. However Paine Anderson has been around for 30+ years.

It is always such a pleasure going into the office. I have lived in the highlands for over 35 years and have had exceptional service from this company. I have never had an issue getting a hold of them any time of the day. I understand they’re out in the community working for the homeowners and not behind their desks being unresponsive. Of course people who do not want to follow rules and regulations complain about them because they would prefer to let their dog bark all day, or park their cars where they should not be, or bang on shared walls all night. Paine Anderson staff is always diligent to take care of our problems but first requires approval of the board of directors they work for. It’s a shame when people report the staff for being rude when they simply are defending the comm

Seems their terrible work ethic and poor management has finally caught up with them. If you’re interested in potentially using them for property management or selling your property steer clear. Their focus is ill will and vengeance meanwhile real issues and property sales go to the wayside. Driving away good tenants through threatening illegal repercussions and plunging their customers into bankruptcy is the name of their catty game.

I’ve lived in properties managed by Paine Anderson for 3+ years. I can honestly say you will not find more for your money than the properties they manage provide. I payed under market price for both apartments I rented, and both spaces were nice cozy comfortable places I was blessed to call home. The property management was top notch, my maintenance issues were handled fast, and by professionals so every issue was handled with excellence. I would still be there if I didn’t purchase a home. I would recommend this company and their properties to anyone that wants to find a place to call home, at a great price, with a company that cares about you as more than a check.
