I lived here for 2 years (one year lease and renewed for a little over a year) until the rent went up far beyond what I could see as logical for the area and I ran it by the staff and arranged to leave shortly after my 2nd lease. I really enjoyed my time at this location. Covered assigned parking gated, 2 pools, 2 laundry facilities (renovated with new washer and dryer at min $1.75 per load) and clean. Management and maintenance both prompt and communicative. Maintenance works til about 4pm so you have work with that schedule but they come within a fews days. Water was off a few times over the years for maintenance purposes. But notice is given before hand. Leasing office is often willing to sign for some packages at the office. Staff that were both speaking to me and making me feel uncomfortable about the situation there was a little problem with my cousin smoking in the pool area and it wasn’t fair how they were confronting me at the office at the office Leslie and Jenny. They do not deserve a good review anymore but yet I love the way they keep this place clean that is very disturbing to me what they have done to me, especially being disabled as well that don’t deserve a high star they deserve the lowest star I have seen cockroaches around and this place is nasty. My recommendation is to look at the apartment first before you see it. I will not recommend this place anymore. I’ve been here since November 21 of last year. I am very disappointed in this place already.

I love living here. It is beautiful and peaceful. Any issues I’ve ever had have been dealt with right away. The 24 hour security is very reassuring and our security guard Joe is the best. He is always friendly and willing to help. He takes care of the property as if it was his own. On 4th of July, he was hustling to make sure there were no fireworks on property and even prevented a fire from occurring. It was actually pleasantly quiet within our complex this year, unlike it was previously before he came to work here. I feel safe living here and really appreciate his diligence in keeping our property secure.

Lived here for 3 years so far. Maintenance is quick, Jenny and the staff are incredibly pleasant to work with. Online access is fast and easy for residents. Newly remodeled laundry rooms are always nice and clean. Easy use amd tracking of an app or iat the machine. Service is easy there too. It is a really large complex with great amenities. Parking is one covered and one open, which can get pretty full in the front of the complex but not so much towards the rear. Guest safelisting foe parking is easily accomplished online. The gym is small buhas everything you need to stay healthy and fit with high end machines. We even have ducks fly into the water features. I just wish we had an in unit washing system for convenience lol

DO NOT RENT HERE! I do not recommend anyone to live in these apartments. I just had a terrible experience dealing with my cousin’s car getting towed. She came for health emergency-related purposes and parked momentarily. A few minutes later, her car got towed. It is unfair given that I pay a lot of money to rent here and have access to the premises. I understand that I need to register the car for visitors, but she only came in momentarily to support me in bringing medications since I was extremely ill. Staff was not supportive and understanding of the fact that I am unable to register my cousins car given my ill state. They didn’t care to support in disputing the towing despite knowing the circumstances. Since patrol 1 takes care of the parking we called but Nicole & Agustin gave us a fax
