I lived at a property for several years managed by this company. When I moved in the carpet was ruined. It had huge stains, bleach spotes, and was matted down in most areas to the point you couldn't even tell if it was clean or vacuumed. This carpet was here for decades. I spoke to Rod & the crew who cleaned the house as we were moving in. I was assured we would not be charged for the carpet. I kept records and I was assumed everything was fine. I recently moved and when I received my deposit back after moving out it was short $800.00 for cleaning the carpets. Unbelievable. I honestly thought they were pretty decent up until this. Looks like I was wrong and I will be filing a lawsuit and BBB complaint if I'm not reimbursed. You guys told me repeatedly I would not be charged for the carpe
