I recently had to the pleasure to work with April Swenson on three real estate transactions. April works for Coldwell Banker Bain in Ocean Shores is an outstanding real estate professional! She was always well prepared, knowledgeable, and made every step of the process smooth and stress-free. Her kindness, excellent communication, and attention to detail set her apart — she always kept us informed and ahead of schedule. I couldn’t have asked for a better agent and highly recommend April to anyone buying or selling in Ocean Shores!

My family and I rented a house in Ocean Shores for a little over year and we had nothing but great experiences. Melissa is a magic worker and always got things done. My ONLY complaint would be to the maintenance guy, it took him hours to do simple jobs and they never got done right. To us, it wasn't that big of a deal though so it was easy to brush off, it was just annoying more than anything. I'm still giving 5 stars because Melissa is the best and this company deserves it.

I was a recent former renter. All I ever had with these people at ColdWell Bankers a bad experience. When it came to getting grass cut I always had to reach out for grass got tall. I was cutting grass and maintaining it very well and was told leave it alone and they had someone. What a shame. Weeds developed and grass area got bad. I also told ColdweIl bankers does maintenance guy have a carry bag on lawnmower for he leaves all cut grass and it causes me severe allergies. Apparently they disregard my wishes and never cared. Also told them concerns when windy branches hanging over house and car would create damage and that was ignored. Just recently I moved out after 2.5 years there expecting my deposit return. I had the place cleaned well except fridge and stove and 1 damaged blind and 1 n

Overall my family and I were happy with this group. If we had questions or requested fixes, we received responses/help in a timely manner. The staff were friendly as well. The only thing that caught my wife and I off guard (reason for the 1 star drop) is the $700 deduction in the security deposit at the end. This is definitely the most we’ve ever had pulled from a deposit. The pull was for floors and housekeeping. Maybe this is the going rate in Ocean Shores, I’m not sure but holy smokes… that place will definitely be up to snuff for the next renter to also include all of the cleaning we put in prior to those services in similar areas the housekeeper tackled. 😬
