Donna helped me purchase the perfect home in Ocean Shores. She is an excellent "boots on the ground" agent for remote buyers and very kind as well.

Even though we had a lot of questions, Donna was easy to contact, always responded promptly, and provided us with a wealth of information about the local real estate market and community. She listened to us carefully and clearly understood our interests and values. When Donna took us on viewings of the properties that most interested us, she was able to assist us in evaluating how well or poorly each might meet our needs. She was honest and candid regarding the features and liabilities of the properties we were considering. Don't work with this person. She doesn't honor her word, or contracts, and takes short cuts to keep from looking bad and having to accept responsibility for her lack of willingness to follow through. Basically I was told, don't buy the house if you don't like it, we aren't replacing your front door regardless of whether the signed purchase and sale agreement says we will, and I'm leaving all the sellers personal possessions in the home (fully furnished with furniture no one wants as well as a full kitchen full of things I found when I went to unpack my 2 households of kitchen items. I had to pack a 3rd kitchen up and take to the goodwill before I could move my things in) even though the same signed agreement says they will be removed.
