Bruce and the other staff were very friendly and helpful! My husband and I are many months out before we can move to WA, but wanted to visit the area. Bruce was kind enough to take the time out of his weekend to give us a tour of the community center, answer lots of questions and show a couple houses so we could get a sense of the different areas (on the golf course, on the canal etc) of Ocean Shores. No pressure from this team and we love the hospitable community. We look forward to working with this company in the future!

Drove out this past weekend after two weeks of playing tag with an agent we contacted because they were local and we wanted it to be convenient for both parties. After booking a stay so myself and investors had time to visit the town of ocean shores and make our decision on purchasing, we were stood up with no communication from the agent who provided no phone number to get in direct touch with him. We all showed up promptly to the location, waited in the pouring rain, to only be contacted 30 minutes later being told something “distracted” him and that he could show us the property anytime. The unfortunate part is we all came from Seattle specifically to view this commercial property, but are left with the feeling that as a local company made no effort for a potential sale, it speaks volum
