Love living here! Cute & clean apartment near the beach and shopping centers but nestled away for the quiet and peace. Management is great, and maintenance requests are handled quickly. 10/10

I lived here for a year. There was a known rat problem (no one disclosed this to me but someone before me had stuffed tin foil in one of the holes) and sewage constantly came up through the bath tub (and sometimes the sink as a bonus prize). Once I noticed the rat problem and reported it, maintenance failed to thoroughly check everything multiple times. One time they found the old tinfoil and pulled it out along with old poop and left it on my kitchen counter. I checked myself and found very old rat poop and multiple holes in the kitchen and came face to face with rats. Also, maintenance would come “fix” the plumbing (it never was fixed) and left my bathroom with sewage water everywhere. Click through the photos to know what it’s like living here.

My wife and I love the property Manager Erin, she checks every box across the board. She is kind, professional, and knowledgeable. She is very approachable, whenever we have a question, or a concern, she is more than happy to help. Things get done with her at Pacific Pines, repairs are rapidly addressed by her and the maintenance team. We've been here since March, but when she got to the property, we saw alot of positive changes. Even if she's busy, she will make time for you. Pacific Pines is lucky to have her, thank you Erin for all you do for the tenants.

The issues with Pacific Pines are endless. My next door neighbors were a litigious couple who went on to sue the apartments - admittedly to make a quick buck. One later bragged as much on social media. The only person who showed me compassion during this time was the property manager, who is no longer there (huge mistake on Pacific Pines). The building was falling apart. The maintenance guy was unprofessional and clueless. Always unusual and lingering smell of mildew in the apartment, plumbing issues, etc. On top of this, the pricing is outrageous. I moved to a HOUSE in the same neighborhood with a yard, washer/dryer for $500 less plus an extra bedroom. It's beautiful I loved it when I first moved in, what I dislike about Pacific Pines Apartments it's that tenants there believe they have the right for invasion of privacy, breach of contract by the property manager. When my next door neighbor stops me one day and told me Donna Bradley (property manager)was arrested for embezzling I couldn't believe it. All I know is my apartment was being used when I wasn't home dirty dishes on the stove blonde hair in the shower, carpet was so dirty for us not being in the apartment. Dog hair every where.
