I had a great experience working with this title company. They were easy to work with and the communication between them and everyone involved was great. Kim was on top of everything and easy to reach via phone or email with any questions or necessary communication.

I rarely leave posts, but people should be warned about working with this company. They drastically under evaluated my tax situation for my escrow/ loan (stated it would be around $1000 when it was more like $5000), and as result, I now have to pay a sudden $800 increase in my mortgage. It has put my family in a hardship and I i’m now working three jobs to survive. I do not recommend.!
