Pacific Gardens Townhouse

You will love this place if you like NOISE. Adjacent on the north side to this townhouse is an alley way and parking lot of the Great Entertainer pool hall, garage of the Satellite Dialysis and Wellbound. During the day and night vans (pic) are delivering people to Satellite Dialysis. When they backup, you will hear a high pitch loud beep. Anytime from 6am-3pm, you will hear garbage trucks, large metal bins that make vibrating metal noise. Lots of garbage trucks, each getting garbage or recycle at different times from Pacific Gardens, Satellite Dialysis, Wellbound, Howard Johnson hotel, and Great Entertainer. You will not be able to sleep thru it. Lastly, Great Entertainer pool hall patrons make noise hanging out in the parking lot, smoking weed, and drag race thru the alley. Manager Mi

Noisy! Extremely noisy! Very cold in winter and hot in summer, poor insulation. I gave one star for good location, otherwise not a good place to live.
