This team worked with a real estate agent Laura Gonzalez Martinez on a home I recently purchased. They sent me emails saying that I would agree to pay $100 for every day late on close of escrow. I repeatedly told them that I did not agree to this and I was not going to sign. When the notary came to us with a big stack of paperwork for us to sign for escrow to close, somehow this was sneaked in there as well. When signing, I was being told what mostly each sheet i was signing was in regards to. Somehow this sheet was signed without being aware what it was we were agreeing to. When signing so many papers and for 2 hours, it is impossible to at times not have one paper slip by. More than anything these people after knowing I had specifically said no to this, they still sent it in with all t

Terrible Title Company. An utter lack of communication, competency, accountability and professionalism on their part. Unhelpful and rude staff. I had to follow up to receive almost every single document. As a first time home buyer, I would have been dead in the water if I didn’t have a friend that used to work at a title company guiding me on what to expect. Top it off, my title officer was no longer with the company and that was not communicated to me until I called about something else A DAY BEFORE I WAS SUPPOSED TO CLOSE. The new title officer asked me my phone number and lender information as if she didn’t have my file. They don’t seem to care about their clients. What a disappointment. Absolutely awful. PC Title made huge mistakes, never accepted that they did and instead of fixing them, they lied and then avoided communication. We lost 1.5 months dealing with them. PC Title was fired, and we had start the process from ground zero. Never ever deal with this company.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this company like the plague. Their team dropped the ball costing me copious amounts of money with the County. Instead of making things right, when made aware of their more than obvious mistake, they avoided my calls for over a month until i essentially CC'd everyone in their company including the Senior Vice President and the CEO of the company. I gave this company an honest opportunity to make things right. Instead of admitting fault and trying to make the situation right, The Senior Vice President Adam felt it was more important to trip over his own lies which I have in writing and draw conversations out for over 3 months. By far the worst Escrow Company I had to deal with and I've dealt with more than 20 Companies in my life time. No follow up and nor ownership to your file. If you don't call to check and follow up don't expect them to do their job on their own. The Manager there is just as incompetent as her staff so don't think that reaching out to her it will resolve much. So sad companies like this can stay in business.
