Gina is ABSOLUTELY amazing!!! I had a huge problem with my home and Gina was so kind, empathetic, and took immediate action to ensure the issue was resolved. She also took the initiative to follow up with me the next day and not only ensure that the situation was resolved, but also went out of her was to let me know that she is always available to assist with whatever is needed, and provided me with her personal cell phone number in case another problem arose outside of her office hours. Gina is an absolute asset to the company and I am grateful for her professionalism and genuine concern for the residents of Golfview Harbor.

They don't give you anything you ask for . Christopher Saffici is very Rude to owners and cuts you off or mutes you when asking questions at the only meeting they had this year. He deletes your emails with out reading and at a meeting tells some people to certify your questions and his friends he will answer . Tried to hit a board member for asking questions about the budget at a meeting The owner Karen Lippman will not do anything to him and doesn't answer her emails . The only good person is Gina . Don't clean or maintain our property that Chris runs . Don't use this company if you want to know about your finances. Website they refer you to has nothing. Hard to get on to and is not worth your time .

My experience with Christopher Saffici has been consistently unsatisfactory and unprofessional. Communication has been notably deficient. Requests for clarification or assistance frequently went unanswered for extended periods, and when responses were provided, they often lacked the necessary honesty to resolve the issue at hand.

Oxygen was referred to our association over a year ago now and I have nothing but things to report. I have been the President of our association for quite a few years. Having a professional organization like Oxygen Associates has been a tremendous resource for our board. We are also fortunate to have Chris Saffici as our on call manager. His professional etiquette and calm demeanor are traits perfectly suited to resolve association conflicts !!!
