Customer Reviews
I had a very disappointing experience with this building’s leasing office. I had a confirmed appointment scheduled for 10:00 AM. On my day off, I drove across the city to attend it. When I arrived and waited by the leasing office door, it was closed. At around 9:55 AM, a woman approached me with a rude attitude and asked if I was okay. I explained that I had an appointment and showed her my confirmation. She told me I should go somewhere else and wait because they would not be showing me the apartment anytime soon. This raises a serious question: why do leasing managers schedule appointments if they are not prepared to meet potential residents? This was a complete waste of my time and very unprofessional. Horrible experience. I wish them luck, but I would not recommend this place based o
I consider myself extremely fortunate to have found this community. Touring and applying were both straight forward and transparent- I wasn’t left with any surprises on move-in day. Folks in the leasing office (Brian and Annastacia) have been friendly, professional, and helpful. They’ve been able to assist with what few hiccups I’ve experienced while settling in. Maintenance (Ben and John) are prompt, professional, and willing to help even if your apartment is looking like a hot mess. The grounds are well kept and safe. The nearby area is a mix of residential and industrial, resulting in a notable lack of cracktivities after dark. Problematic neighbors are a non-issue and everyone I’ve encountered has been sociable and respectful. I rarely hear construction or the nearby train. When I do,
Great place to live. Management is awesome and is super responsive and helpful. Noelle and Kimmy are incredible! The common spaces are well kept and if something does break it is usually fixed within the week if not next day. Gym is super nice and the pool is heated so you can enjoy it year round. Super safe community. I have Never felt unsafe even late at night. Overall it’s a great place to live 10/10!
It is difficult to live here if you own a car and would like to park where you live. You can join the waitlist to pay 100 extra per month for an assigned spot. Good luck grocery shopping after work! It is also challenging to live here if you need a quiet environment or do not enjoy construction noise. It started about a month after I moved in and has been all day Monday-Saturday. Somehow this meant that my apartment was more desirable as my rent would have gone up had I renewed my lease, despite the overall downward trend across the area. The apartment itself was pretty good and so was the maintenance. The pool/hot tub/gym were nice. You can find much better value in a much more peaceful location elsewhere.
Oxford station has everything I could ask for. An affordable rent (if you buy Jan-Mar) for a generous sized apartment; A gym WITH A BARBELL AND A STAIRMASTER, a working hot tub and pool, and great views of BOTH the mountains and the city proper. The location is ideal, as it’s a mere 5 minutes (2 if you run) to the light rail station. City parking is no longer a thing I worry about. There are great public spots in both of Oxford Station’s buildings, for hanging with friends or doing yoga. The staff are kind and helpful. Any maintenance requests I ask for are done within a day. Though there will eventually come a time when I must leave this place, I’ll be sad to go.
