Emailed me the application She also answered an important question I had and even though she didn't have to by any means answer back, she did and right away... THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! an answer to my prayers. Now just need take the next step!!!!

Worst places to live in Isabella county, wouldn’t recommend. Too many issues to count over the years, and how they treat and talk to their tenants is unacceptable. Wouldn’t recommend these places to my worst enemies 🤢🤢

Over the past few months this home I used to love has turned into a total nightmare. In November of 2024 a major fire occurred in the apartment that adjoins mine. Despite the seriousness of the fire the only employee to show up was one of our former maintenance workers. We also have had a new manager since then and an assistant manager. Despite repeated attempts in writing and by phone my serious concerns regarding my health and safety have not been addressed. I have never had any response from current management at all. I have mold soot and fiberglass insulation issues that have impacted my health and my pets’. The lack of concern is absolutely unacceptable. I had to clean soot and fiberglass from my entry and yard. I have lived here almost 2 years & I HATE it. I've lived in a few other apartments & they were so much more peaceful than here. First off, matience will not come fix anything unless it's an absolute emergency. My water heater has been out for 5 months & they still haven't replaced it. My fridge leaks water & they still have never fixed it. We have to fix almost everything in the house at all times. Secondly, the kids out here are ridiculous. I have kids, but these kids out here run around nonstop and are disrespectful. They play in my patio section, throw toys at my vehicles, get into everything. And the neighbors are very rude. They start things if you are not friends with them personally. Would not recommend this place at all, it's an absolute headache.

1. too many inspections. 2. pool is always closed. 3. not aloud to have my dog. that's all if you like it then trade me houses
