Oxford Arms

I stayed at Oxford Arms for about 1.5 years, and I truly believe it is one of the best communities to live in. The management team’s support—especially Stacy , is outstanding. She is always enthusiastic, responsive, and proactive in resolving any issues, often on time or even ahead of time. I have lived in several other communities in the past, but I am happy to say that Oxford Arms, under Stacy’s management, stands out as excellent. There are several advantages I personally appreciated: I never faced any parking issues, as ample parking is always available; each apartment has an allotted parking space; and for EV owners, charging stations are conveniently located right next to the parking spots. Additionally, the maintenance and service staff are readily available and respond promptly to

5 stars for the property manager. Cleaning and maintenance could be harder to come by, when they are busy. Overall no issues living on the property.

This community is really good for living and maintenance team is so quick on responding to issues. There is no landscape maintenance on outside and need to make sure we have sun rays into the house before moving as they are side by side units. Stacy is really great from leasing office and very much helpful whenever there is a need on the issues. She is so patience and friendly nature. This community is near to Edison station so commute is better to New York/Jersey City. We really liked this community.

We have lived at Oxford Arms for 9 months and are Very happy here. Love having washer and dryer in the apartment. Stacy is the ABSOLUTE BEST. She makes sure that any issues are taken care of IMMEDIATELY! I highly recommend this apartment complex!

We lived here from 2015 to 2018 and our experience was great! Stacy, the property manager, is one of the most wonderful persons I have ever met. She went above and beyond to make sure the residents are well taken care of. She even took care of my cats when I was travelling! The apartments are old, but they are spacious and well-maintained. The neighbors are respectful. The community is safe. It's super close to the Edison train station, which was an added bonus. It was also close to superstores and grocery stores. The rent is competitive compared to other nearby apartment complexes. There was one particularly rude maintenance staff, but Stacy made sure that he did not come to our apartment when we expressed our concern. Other maintenance staff members were great!
