We had a complicated loan process buying our property from a local college. The house of our dreams hung in the balance as the staff from Owners Choice did everything they could to get our loan approved. Through all of the additional hoops, we always felt confident we would get our dream house because we knew the people at Owner's Choice had our backs 100%. They were in it and pulling for us just as much as we were! Christine Shriver was our lead contact and she is amazing! I'm shocked to see any bad reviews. I guess no place can be perfect for everyone, but they sure have taken good care of us! This place is so good we came back for a seconds. The first time we bought a home we did a conventional home loan through one of the big banks. It was horrible. I felt like the whole process was filled with pitfalls and that I was fundamentally being treated as not trustworthy until proven otherwise. This place is the opposite. This system is so simple. You fill out an online application, and the process gets rolling. The office is quick to return calls and was patient with our many changes to the loan. We have done 2 refinances with this company with cash out for home improvements. I will use them forever as long as their rates stay fairly competitive.
