Owings Park Apartments

I live at 9208 and lived here going on 6 years. The decline in this property is insane. For starts people park in front of garage’s making it hard for people who are parked to move from that parking spot risking the possibility of hitting that persons car. I sent emails but they ignored it about people parking in front of those garages but if they love it I adore it until that person gets hit then goes to the leasing office . Then the grass in front of my building 9208 is DEAD AND GONE! LITERALLY! Mourn used to take REAL good of the lawn but idk what happened. Then when I tell you parking is outrageous it is especially on the end of 9208! I work very late nights and have to end up walking down near the leasing office just to find a parking spot! Owing Park has been awesome for my family, I’ve been at Owing Park for 3 years. Our town home is spacious, the area is quiet and comfortable enough for me. They keep the community clean and presentable that’s another plus for me as well. The maintenance is friendly and communicative also, the management team has been welcoming and they listen which is important. They are on the higher side when it comes to pricing but it’s average to everything else in the area. We appreciate them🥰

I had the pleasure of touring a 1b/1b unit with Kallen, and let me just say her presence, communication and personality are awesome! She was very informative and listened well to what my concerns/needs are. The grounds of the community appear very well kept, which was a plus for me and the unit I toured was clean as well. I’m definitely looking forward to applying as my current lease ends!

If I could them a 0 star I would. This is one of the worst properties I lived at. I complained about my upstairs neighbors to them and they don’t even care. I can’t even sleep at night because they wake me up. They don’t even email back they simply just don’t care. They can’t even come pick up the trash. It stays there for days but they know how to charge $25 a month for trash that they don’t take. They act like they’re all that and they are not. Worst management ever.

I had an appointment scheduled for today, March 7th, and arrived punctually, only to find the leasing office closed. The lights were off, and the doors were locked. This initial experience provided a clear impression.
