I had 2 most wonderful Maintenance man in the world Henry and Enfren , Henry and Enfren Came in and got the job done so fast it made my head spin. They did everything neat they were so respectful. I had no mess after they left. They cleaned up. They got everything back perfectly up to normal and I was promised that I would receive a good outcome and they came to my house and really did a great job. I am so grateful for Overland. I rent my new place through them and in my experience has been absolutely amazing. The online portal definitely makes everything a lot easier for paying rent and a big thank you to Tina Klouda for not only helping me find the place but helping me with everything I needed every step of the way. She was absolutely amazing. 10/10 recommend!!

Working with Overland has been great! My roommate and I have been with them for about a year, and Everytime there was an issue with the house, it was fixed within a timely manner. Tina, our contact, has been nothing short of awesome. She’s attentive and reasonable, and gets things done efficiently.

Overall, we had a good experience with Overland Properties. They provided a user friendly online portal to make rent payments and also submit maintenance work orders that included uploading photos. They responded in a timely manner to address maintenance and repairs. We usually did not have a problem communicating by phone calls and text.
