Huge thanks to Erica for being so helpful! She walked me through everything and called me with updates every step of the way. I’ve been a nervous wreck since this is my first time renting but once I got in contact with Erica I felt supported and confident because of her great communication. Just a heads up for others: the website has a small glitch where the confirmation message doesn't prompt you to call and pay the application fee. Once you make that call, though, everything is smooth sailing! Again, a huge thanks to Erica for her amazing communication and customer service!

I was Wrongfully evicted last April and was not given A 30 day notice before the eviction, even after Communicating with the real estate agency and letting them know rent would be two weeks behind and they said that would be fine as long as I paid the rent before the end of the month and when it came time to pay after the two weeks, my account was locked, and I was told the eviction process had already started because the company was under a new management and they could not tell me as to why I was getting evicted I have proof of this as well.

We have been renting with Overcash real estate for the past 3 years and have been very happy .Maintenance requests are always handled quickly, and I’ve never had any issues. The office staff is amazing and very helpful. I’m truly grateful for the great service. I will always recommend them !

This management company should be ashamed of themselves. My mother rents from them and I've had to go to her house to let her dogs out or be there when maintenance needs to be let in while shes working or when she goes out of town. She has 2 dogs she pays pet rent for and a significant pet fee. She's been in her duplex for over a year and never had any complaints nor issues regarding her dogs. All of a sudden the maintenance guys and management company were stating her dog was a nuisance because she barked anytime they were on the porch or knocked or made a lot of noise and according to their policy, it's at their sole discretion that they can request a pet to be removed within 72 hours.
