Initially, I must express that my experience was unpleasant. I was transparent about my poor credit history, including my credit score. Despite this, I was advised to proceed with the application, as a favorable background check and lack of eviction history would only require a higher deposit of more than $1000. I accepted this condition, given my credit situation. However, I had intended to pay the entire year's rent upfront due to me saving nearly $41,000 when I was doing over the road truck driving. Throughout the process, the representative failed to provide updates or return my calls, leaving me to initiate contact. Me and my daughters lived there for about 5 years and we decided to move because we wanted to downsize . I enjoyed living there and the privacy of it . It was a very quiet community, and a very respectful neighborhood and neighbors. If I ever decided to move again I would love to live there again.

We have really enjoyed living at Overby Park. Newnan has gotten so expensive and it was really hard to find a reasonable NICE rental. The units are very large and you have your own driveway and GARAGE! Management is good, we never have any problems getting stuff taken care of. Definitely recommend!!

I’m a current resident. This is the best community that I’ve lived in. If I have a maintenance issue it gets fixed right away! The property manager is the sweetest! I finally found a place to live with no issues until I’m ready to purchase my own home :)

It was a pleasure living at Overby Park. Peaceful and quiet. I felt very secure living there. Great place to live!
