Ovation at Arrowbrook

When considering Ovations, I strongly recommend exploring other options. My experience left me feeling unwelcome and unfairly treated. As a woman of color, I did not feel respected or valued during my interactions with the front desk staff. The property manager, Rebeca, was unprofessional and dismissive. Based on these interactions, I chose to withdraw my application. On January 22, I was informed via email that my security deposit would be returned within 10 business days. To date, I have not received it, nor have I received any follow-up communication. Attempts to contact both the leasing office and corporate office have been unsuccessful, as my calls go unanswered. Overall, the level of customer service is deeply disappointing. My experience reflects poor management and a lack of profes

Have lived here since 2023. Rebecca Baskin and the rest of the front office has been great, always very helpful and patient with billing issues and recertification. The maintenance staff is also amazing and very prompt/helpful. Most of the one star reviews I have seen are from the certification process as it is a tax credit community, which does suck but they can't be blamed for the process as it is all legally necessary.

My recent experience with your management was disappointing. I arrived late due to traffic, which I understand, but I was not welcomed into your office or given the opportunity to tour the property. One of the managers came out and spoke to me in the lobby. Discussing my personal information in the lobby felt very unprofessional. I would have preferred that they either reschedule or cancel the appointment altogether. The information I received matched what I had already researched beforehand, so the visit did not add any value. Upon my arrival, I asked a tenant at the door if she likes living here she stated", NO, management is rude, the walls are thin, the fire alarm goes off almost every night. She's glad her lease is up next month." she stated, If I were you, I won't live here.''

NEVER MOVE TO THIS PLACE. The leasing staff is very unprofessional and disrespectful. The assistant manager she is so bossy and very disrespectful. They don’t treat you well and fair. Although, the apartment looks new but I would prefer not move here because of the unprofessional leasing office staff. To your reply! I already visited your apartment and the leasing office. Actually I like the apartment, it’s very new and amenity also nice. But you should focus on your leasing team also. You should focus to hire professionals people. They treat me like I was thinking you guys bring them directly from the street.

Being new to the building, for me it's a very nice and clean place to stay and its location is strategic to all shopping and restaurant needs. Anyone would wish for such a location. Many thanks to the building management who go out of their way to satisfy all residents and meet their maintenance and other needs.
