I was having a hard time finding a new apartment, but Sam made this experience so much easier than i was expecting. He did a really good job 5/5 definitely would recommend living here. :)

Though I have only been here a couple of weeks I quite like it here. The people are friendly and hold the door and the place is regularly cleaned. Sam, the administrator here, was extraordinarily helpful when I was trying to move in; he worked with me late one night to get me in the next day to meet my deadline. If you are looking for a place with a nice view and honest staff, give this place a try.

The units and tenants are not bad. The apartment building is in a convenient place and also in ok condition, definitely could be better given the price to rent. Weidner overall is not the best but since they had a previous owner, explained why the building is still in living like humans condition. I would still recommend if you’re able to afford it and can stand how small the units are regardless if it’s one or two bedrooms.

I enjoy living in the Outlook apartments so much! We have really big windows with fascinating view on Mountains, apartments are full of daylight. While move in, apartments were very clean, all staff was working. There are enough storages. Only the kitchen is a little bit small. We have very kind manager, who can help with all your questions.
