Pros: cheap rent, I had mine at $932 a month for a 2 bedroom for 3 years. It will now increase to $979 a month in 2023. For the vicinity of where we are at, it’s a good deal. I appreciate water sewage and garbage being paid for & that it is super close to Winco for grocery shopping. Orenco Orchards Nature Park is also a walking distance away & TriMet is very accessible. I appreciate the events that REACH hosts for community events & was fortunate to move into a home two weeks before I was about to give birth to my daughter and to raise a family Cons: no guest parking in the lot, it took a year and a half for management to deal with a in unit smoking issue & 8 months for us to get our dishwasher to be replaced because they did not have a maintenance person. This place is clean and modern, the staff are very willing to bend to your needs. It is a low income property so the rent is very cheap compared to the two places across the street from it.

I was treated unfairly, ignored, told I was approved then something else would go wrong. I would call the office a number of times only to be ignored. I went into the office looking for a apartment and it’s now the end of July and I’m still waiting.

I live here at the Orchards! Its a New building ! Looks and works great!! But thumbs down for management!!! They need to get it together!
