Orchard Park Apartments

We’ve lived at Orchard Park for many years. We have had many different Maintenance Workers over that time period. Our current maintenance worker, Daniel, has been here over the past few years has gone above and beyond to take care of us in our apartment. Always willing to help, no matter what the issue, in a timely manner and gets it done properly the first time. We truly appreciate Daniel and his work.

I've lived here for 23yrs. The only complaint that I have is that there's no Pool or Fitness Center. The neighborhood is Peaceful. Great place to Raise kids

Orchard Park Apartments is a very clean, beautiful, and nice place to live. I have been living here for the past few months, and the management team is the best I've experience, there is a playground for your little ones. The area is fabulous as it has many shopping plazas. This area is also right next to Irvine Valley College.

I can’t express more from how the staff faculty management and maintenance have been professional and outstanding with taking care of their residents wants and needs!
