Orchard Hills Apartments

The staff is for the most part very accommodating and maintenance is responsive, which is why I'm giving 3 stars. However, the unit I used to live in did have some problems. It must have been incredibly drafty because the heating bill was outrageous, going up to $500 in the winter. There was also a pest problem that they sent a guy to my unit for once but refused to do again. There were spiders, both little cellar spiders and an occasional brown recluse which was incredibly concerning. I suspect it's because my unit was right next to the storage area. There were also frequent carpet beetles, house centipedes, and earwigs. I think they really need to redo their weatherstripping. Lived here from 2021-2023. Honestly I loved it. The building had some small faults, like you can always hear the upstairs neighbors walking, and you can sometimes hear people’s dogs barking. But that comes with apartment living! Completely not the fault of the complex, and I've never had a neighbor not be kind and reasonable. Maintenance was so insanely kind and quick. They’re happy to help with any issues and super respectful of your space. Any time I had to call management they were happy to help me out in anyway! The apartment itself was nice. We ended up moving into a house, but if I had to move back into an apartment, I would pick orchard hills again in a heartbeat! They keep their rent low and super reasonable for the area, and their maintenance and management teams are actually k

This was one of my best experiences living in an apartment complex. It has been a bitter sweet feeling leaving, but we were blessed to be apart of the community there at Orchard Hills. Thank you for everything.

Recently moved to the PA area and searched high and low for an affordable apartment. Came across orchard hills and i have to say the ladies in the management office are great. Ms. Rita and Penny are so welcoming! They are pleasant and professional and make you feel right at home. In addition, complex seems very well kept. I will be moving in Nov and i am excited. However the only down fall is that the kitchens did appear out dated but hey u cannot have everything🤷🏽‍♀️. Looking forward to becoming an orchard hills resident.

Rita has been so helpful and considerate with helping us move in! Being a first time renter is scary for me but she definitely made me feel more calm about it and walked us through everything we needed to know and get to her! Very nice and quiet community as well.
