Management and maintenance genuinely find the line of tenants rights violations and walk it- they “forget” to inform you of major projects inside or directly outside your unit. I’ve also never experienced a management company come in my unit as frequently as this one, again while providing such vague or barely reasonable notice about it. I have rented multiple apartments over the last 10 years and this one is by far the worst managed, they are a disorganized mess. It just feels like you pay so much for such little respect, privacy, and empathy. There are so many other compounding issues living here as well: The main number brings you to an AI bot Khloe if you have an issue, which is not helpful. I would like to take a moment to commend the Maintenance Supervisor here at the Brooke, Dave. He has such a wonderful attitude and so willing to go the extra mile. Thank you Dave for always coming to our aid. So appreciate you! Hard to find help like Dave nowadays and that’s a fact! Kim Kim S

Living at the Brooke by OneWall over a year now, has been peaceful and homely. I can truly say that my experience here thus far, more than meets my expectations of an apartment complex. Maintenance and the office staff are always ready to assist and help with any and all of my concerns. I enjoy living at the Brooke by OneWall!

This community has gone down hill over the years. After reaching out to management multiple times with no response or resolution I decided to leave this review. The increased littering and overflowing of garbage at the dumpsters has been a real issue. There are mattresses and couches and overflowing dumpsters sitting around for weeks on end. There has also been a substantial increase in our utility bill for trash and after questioning the office, they say they don’t know why. Also, good luck coming home and parking in your parking spot because it is never available. We are supposed to have parking passes, but no one follows the rules and this has been addressed multiple times with management and there has been no response. The one amenity that we do have is a pool, which is a joke because

Met with Zenny for a tour of the ranch and townhouse units. She was very informative and friendly. She was helpful in answering any questions we had. Sarah was also very helpful. We have a house that is not yet on the market and was able to get her supervisor to approve holding the unit until mid January. The complex seems fairly quiet and the units are nice. I think we will be happy there. Also, we were pleased to read there is a dog park behind the property which we didn’t think they had so that’s a bonus.,
