The only star I give, is the star to maintenance. Since October of 2024, I have been emailing, calling corporate, etc. about our upstairs neighbor’s glass door replacement. The glass was replaced by a third party vendor after it shattered, and then the glass shards discharged all over my patio below. This glass has consistently been falling from the boards of the patio above since NOVEMBER and is a huge risk to animals, or children. I thought about letting this go and just leaving, but I sat on a shard of glass today and it really set me off once again. - there is never any forewarning about landscaping, or vendors. This place should be investigated for fraud and deceptive leasing practices. I followed the lease’s early termination clause exactly — gave two full calendar months’ notice, paid the re-letting fee, and had both acknowledged by management. The lease clearly states that “once acknowledged, the Lease Ending Date shall be deemed amended to the Early Termination Date specified.” Despite that, they later told me that if I defaulted on either of the final two payments, my lease would “revert” to the original end date in December. That’s not only nowhere in the lease, it’s a completely fabricated condition designed to intimidate tenants — and in my opinion, it’s fraudulent. I'm extremely disappointed in this place, I just renewed my lease. With almost 1900 a month in rent, we had an inspection where no one could give me a time line, so I had to take the day off from work and miss very important meetings. No inspector ever showed up. We recently had a fire and thankfully no one was hurt, but there's been no A/C since last Thursday in an upstairs apartment in the middle of July. It's been atleast 90 degrees daily and I have animals. Can't get a time line for it to be fixed, just we gave you a portable unit and thats the best we can do. Maintenance guys are awesome, but this is ridiculous.

On July 25 2025 the company was having a pool party for the tenants from 4 to 7 including food. At 400 there was a storm that came in by 500 it was over and staff closed everything. Meanwhile they were inside lounge partying. This place is getting worse disrespecting tenants. Closed the pool from 12 to 4 to clean which isn't happening on a regular basis. It's a mess down there.

To start off by saying staffs in office are horrible, Don’t rent here you can call the office and complaint 100 times and they won’t get anything situated, they will trick you with the “we will see what we can do” and do nothing in regards of the situation. I been dealing with loud neighbors for the past 6 months and nothing gets done all they say is after 10PM call the cops nothing else we been complaining ever since and no one have helped they are not willing to switch us apartment nor break our lease . Please stay away lady that lived in our apartment prior to us had to leave due to loud neighbors and they did nothing in regards other, than rent us the apartment. If you want to live in peace please stay away from this place. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE ! ALSO THEY WILL
