I wanted to leave this review because Karen truly deserves it. She is very thorough, articulate and professional. You will be 100% protected when working with her. Going in business with Karen is equivalent to sleeping like a baby with no worry in the world. I just wanted to truly thank Karen for all of her hard work. She’s a miracle worker. I will always do all of my closings with her.

My husband and I used Realty Abstract for our recent home purchase. Karen ultimately saved our entire closing caused by an accounting error found at 6PM the night before. Unbelievable service and communication. Wonderful, kind people. I will be using this company again!!!!

We arrived to closing 30 minutes late due to an unforeseen circumstance where we had to return to our old house and remove more items the buyers decided were not to be in the house when we closed. We told Karen on the phone 2 hours prior that our agents should be in talks because there’s a situation going on. Our agents knew what was going on and it was his role to update the title company. Anyway, after trying to make it to the house after our work day and remove more items last minute before 3pm closing, we were greeted with coldness. My husband walked in the door and politely asked where the restroom was. She then proceeded to tell him “You cannot go to the bathroom now. You need to sign first.” Pretty unprofessional and unnecessary comment to say. I would deal with a title company that

Karen was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Extremely nice, extremely thoughtful and extremely helpful. Made this process very easy and enjoyable!

Karen is incredible. Proactive and communicates well. Incredible empathy and made the closing easy. Highly recommend.
