I highly recommend Orchard Hills Apartment Homes either as a temporary or long term resident. In doing so, please reach out to Justin and Jeremiah. Both leasing agents are a pleasure to work with! Justin and Jeremiah are knowledgeable of the property and can recommend you the ideal model/ unit to fit your budget. Its been a few months since I bought my home and had moved out of Orchard Hills ( was a resident of 4 yrs) and yet Justin and Jeremiah's professionalism continues on beyond the Orchard Hills property. Case in point, on two separate occasions, two equally important packages were misdelivered to my old unit ( as opposed to my new home address). And on two separate occasions Jeremiah and Jason went the extra effort to retrieve and hold my pkg for safe keeping until I arrived. Lon
This property has horrible internet and cell service. I have to take my calls outside. Additionally, the apartments are 17 years old and very dated, including all the appliances and bathroom fixtures. The carpet appears to be 17 years old, as well. Definitely not worth $4070 per month. I couldn't view this particular unit prior to renting it, otherwise I would have never signed a lease. It's gross!!!! I'm counting the days until we can get out of here. Do not lease an apartment here!
Great property with an amazing staff. Nicole, the property manager is very approachable and personable. Everyone on the maintenance team is awesome, especially Robert. The Property is very well ran and maintained.
I have lived here for about three years and I love it. The office staff has been helpful and friendly. Jeremiah has been amazing with my lease renewal and took the time to answer all my questions. The maintenance crew is awesome, friendly and takes care of all requests. Neighbors are great and the complex is very clean and quiet.
I had the most incredible experience with Jeremiah! Jeremiah went above and beyond with my needs and Orchard Hills is a beautiful community. I highly recommend Orchard Hills Apartment Homes because of Jeremiah!
