Orange Creek Apartments

This is a great place to live and the staff Alicia, Carmen and Manny are wonderful as they are all for the residents peace, safety, security and enjoyment in our homes. The grounds are kept up with beautiful flowers and birds and a creek which makes it beautiful to walk around.thank you for all you do to the staff.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it here. 5 stars, no doubt about it. I can't even tell you what is my favorite part. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and well-maintained. The apartments are cozy and private and clean. The pool is luxurious. The vibe around the neighborhood is genial. Alicia, the property manager, is super kind and immediately takes care of any issue you might have. Kevin, the do-it-all handyman, is fun to talk to, and if your toilet isn't operating properly, he'll be to the store and back with the right part and your toilet returns to full function within an hour. What service! Yeah, my wife and I love it here, for sure.

I cannot recommend this complex for many reasons. I lived her for 18 months and dealt with- multiple plumbing problems in the complex which resulted in the water being turned off routinely, minimal hot water which is not helpful when washing the dishes or showering, and low water pressure; my stairs being taken down with less than 24 hour notice which did not allow me to leave or return to my apartment, stairs being painted twice with no notice not allowing me to come and go as needed to work; constant sirens, the buzzing of the car wash with every wash, and gunshots; the level of the clientele diminishing; cars of nonresidents filling the parking lot; a very rude manager with an 'up yours attitude;' termites flying around the inside of my unit; and to top it off Western National Property

Loved living here! It is a small community, so you get to know the staff very well, and they are super friendly! Whenever we had a maintenance problem, it got fixed right away. The grounds are always well kept and are nice to walk around. Would definitely recommend!

Everything is amazing in Orange Creek .The manager Alicia is very helpful and super nice. The property is always maintained so it looks clean and modern all the time.I just wish if they have three bedrooms since I really need bigger space but I don't like to leave from here 😞
