Open Circles West Apartment

Used to be good until the owner decided to kick us out, sadly my wife, my mom and I have nowhere else to go and now my wife and I are going to be homeless and my mom may end up in a group home that she doesn't wanna be in, thanks a lot our lives are ruined and we've lost hope and once before we enjoyed living there for decades and now it's gone and also my family may be lost forever and ruined, if family and poor lives don't matter the world has become more and more corrupt by the minute and money has manipulated and damaged society

Currently renting in these apartments and the second day of moving in we started seeing roaches. The day they showed me the apartment I didn't see any signs of roaches as it was during the day. Fabiola told me they would come every 2 weeks & now Lupita is saying I have to remind her every 2 weeks as if that’s my job? Why not write it down or something because that’s pathetic that I have to remind them on something they told me. The loft is decent but the bad part is roaches and I also had 2 leaks in my roof in less than a month of living here. I’ve been living here at Open Circles West for two years I find the property nice and quiet I find other tenants respectful to each other. The management Consisting of the three girls in the office. My experience with them has been very positive I find them to be very responsive. They’re all very professional And very knowledgeable of their property, there always willing to help solve any problems a tenant may have. The maintenance guys are all very friendly and always willing to help as well when they come in to the apartments they’re polite respectful and explain all that they’re doing I’m very comfortable here and hope to have many more years here thank you for your time. Absolutely disgusting, upon my move in I was told I would be having brand new clean carpets & the management assured me we would have no problems with bugs. HELL NO. Cockroaches have infested these walls. The walls LEAK WATER. Flooded my damn bathroom and kitchen. The maintenance never fixed one thing for us . They had more interest trying to get my number than fixing anything! The manager will tax you fees that are coming out of no where I mean my rent was 600 a month and I was paying 800 because of some fees she made up. She prints out fake notices and posts them on my door all the time with no serving officer from the courts. Absolutely terrible. They need jesus up in this hell hole.

This place is very cheap to live at and with that comes stabbings and drugs dealings. The Cops are always being called to this place and be prepared to have to call them yourself to get the pool house parties that last way into the night to end. Make sure you fully document everything when you move out get copies of every paid rent. They will try to charge you for past due rent even if you are current after you move out. I'm sure the manager is running some sort of scam that way. It is a very ghetto place to live. I will never recommend living in this place or anywhere around it.
