Terrible living experience. Everything is broken all the time. Back garage door didn't work for months. At least one elevator is always down. Internet, mandatory with lease, is out whenever it rains. Police presence in and around the apartment frequently. Weed smell everywhere on my floor. Office never answers calls or responds to emails. Too many problems for $3000 a month.

I had the absolute best experience at this apartment complex! I’ve been feeling very stressed while looking for an apartment, as my experience with other places has been less than helpful—often confusing, slow, or unresponsive. But working with Ryelle completely changed that. She was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. After living in One William for about a month now I can honestly say that it’s one of the best decisions my family and I made.
