Initially, they sent the payment with someone else's private information – a serious privacy breach. When my policy was subsequently cancelled due to non-payment, their first response was to suggest I sort it out myself. They eventually claimed to have fixed it, assuring me the payment was made and everything was fine. This was far from the truth.
