I lived at Englewood Properties for 10 years and will always remember my time there positively. - The location is excellent - you're within walking distance of all necessities. If you are into walking for exercise, the wooded neighborhoods behind the buildings are gorgeous. I'd regularly walk 3 or 4 miles and it went by so quickly. - 2 min walk to the bus stop to Port Authority (I commuted to NYC for about a year, bus lines were short compared to neighboring towns). - Robert is the best super ever; he is extremely responsive, hard working, and effective. He also goes out of his way to help the residents out. For example, I'd be dreading hauling a heavy package up to my 3rd floor apt just to open the door and see Robert had already brought it upstairs. A super like that is worth his weight

This apartment complex has been amazing. I love it here. The front entry is secured and locked at all times. The residents here are considerate and packages and delivery aren't ever an issue There is a mail boxes as soon as you come in the secured doors. There is also a call box in the entry so if someone needs to contact you they can ring you from the hallway and you can buzz them in from your phone. My apartment was on the FIRST FLOOR . Right next to the first hallway and side door. It's honestly the best apartment position because you're not to close to the entrance but you don't have to use the elevator or go up flights of stairs. This apartment is exactly what I was looking for. It’s a great value, located within 2 blocks from down town Englewood and down the street from the famous restaurant Sofia. A big money saver is that the rent includes heat and water. There is plenty of parking and an option to rent a parking space in an enclosed and safe parking lot behind the complex. I love the spaciousness, high ceilings, hardwood floors and cleanliness. There are no bugs here due to great pest control. The Resident Manager Robert is awesome. He really cares about the place, is professional and personable, very responsive and comes up with workable solutions for any issues. He keeps everything running well in these two twin buildings. The grounds are well kept and the landscaping and flowers at the front are very pretty

I lived here for years and never had any problems. Location is great, close to downtown. Apartment size is huge and the building is always well kept and clean. The manager Robert is an absolute pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend!!!!!!!

Lived in the Mayflower building for about 7 years. Didn’t have any bad experiences in the building, and it’s very close to all of the shops and stores in Englewood. Robert who is the super there was very helpful whenever I needed help with anything.
