Olive Ridge Apartments

Came to view a one bed one bath. Had the appointment for 3 days, apparently they don't know how to communicate which is what I have seen on previous reviews. All their websites say 1bed 1bath apartments available and when I came in to my appointment gor a walk through all 1bed 1bath apartments have been moved into. I even got a reminder of my appointment but no communication that the type I wanted would not be available, I drove from an hour away just to have my time wasted. Thanks for nothing.

I have lived at the Olive Ridge Apartments for a few months and want to leave a review of my experiences so far. Pros: Has all the amenities you would need as a student or for a small family. No problems with individual unit (maintenance is friendly and has helped when needed). On site management (including Delisia and Daphne included) have been accommodating and helpful whenever I've had questions. Guaranteed parking spot in the shade is a nice touch. INSIDE the gates is a nice area to walk, has a small gated dog park for my dog. Small colony of cats has been interesting, they're adorable and I prefer them way more than skunks and coyotes from my old neighborhood. I have been very satisfied since moving in here. Huge shout out to D from olive ridge, She made our move in process amazing, there was a few hiccups but she figured them out amazing! She made our experience amazing and did what she could do make everything comfortable and responds to any issues creating a ticket! My only heads up is if you plan on moving here they do limit on parking so if ur sharing with a lot of people keep in mind ! Otherwise it’s a nice small place, rooms are quite big, and for cost it is very cozy and otherwise a nice community! Laundry and pool on site

Nice complex. Nice apts, pet friendly, well maintained with very nice amenities and within my budget. Only way to apply is online. I cant get link to work to complete an application. After trying to get a hold of complex and management company to resolve this for over 3 hours I get bot answers online and no returned phone calls from anyone. I've gone from really interested to really doubtful.

My experience is pretty good overall. The complex is peaceful and pet friendly and the amenities are nice. Dafne from the leasing office is super helpful and pleasant. So far so good 😊
