Al is a good friend and I trust all of my real estate needs to him in the Zanesville/Cambridge areas! I feel bad if I need to make him drive out to Columbus to help and he's always so busy, but I may have to do that as an emergency measure! Very few realtors I work with, commercial or residential, work as hard and get the results as well as him!

Deb Graham is beyond a horrible property manager I would NOT rent from her every apartment in Adams lane park apartments is infested with bed bugs and her "exterminator" does a horrible job she doesn't give deposits back she needs to loose her reality license

Scheduled a tour of an apartment and when i showed up no one was there. I called multiple times trying to get ahold of Deb (the I set it up with) and she didn’t answer for the first 8 calls. I’m told I can just walk in and the apartment is in poor condition. Water bottles laying around, border off the wall, junk in the yard, broken closet doors, etc. I then go to put in my application and ask a few questions. I ask if the closet doors are gonna be fixed and she straight up calls my question silly and then I need to make this quick because she’s busy. I check a few days later and to my surprise the listing is deleted. I call to get an update on what’s happening considering I initially called 48 minutes after it was posted and she doesn’t answer. Finally she picks up and says i’m clearly tan

The apartment manager is not professional what so ever! She is very rude! Not to mention the amount of damage that was done to my car from the potholes that were fixed 2 years later! She also complained that she had to work after hours…. Maybe get a new job if you complain about doing yours.?.?.

Worst management of apartments I’ve ever seen. Deb graham is not friendly at all. My microwave has been broke for almost 3 months now and we keep reminding her. Still no microwave. Wouldn’t recommend anything from her.
