I had a great experience working with Isabel Miller, the property manager for Ohana Apartments, Atwood Management. She went above and beyond to help me retrieve an important document that was mistakenly shipped to my old apartment after I had already moved overseas. Isabel handled everything with care and professionalism, she stayed in touch, coordinated the DHL pickup, and made sure my package was safely handed off. I truly appreciate her patience, clear communication, and dedication. Even during my time living at Ohana, the apartment and the whole building were always clean and well-maintained. I am extremely frustrated with this apartment complex. There are no security cameras anywhere, and despite multiple complaints about package theft, management refuses to take any action. I’ve had several packages stolen, and every time I report it, I get the same response: "We can’t do anything." It's outrageous that they don't provide any protection or solutions for something as basic as securing our deliveries. Paying high rent for a place where theft is this frequent is unacceptable. I would not recommend this complex to anyone who values their packages or expects any kind of proper security.
