i've only been here for 3 months but i absolutely love it here. It's quiet, the surroundings and apartment are beautiful and yes, Kristy is amazing. So is the maintenance team. i had a couple really small things that were no rush, but still they were here within a couple hours and they are both very nice too. I'm so happy i was able to be offered an apartment here..Top Notch!

Just wanted to drop a note commending your staff at the Cloisters. My mom has been a resident for many years and has always had such nice things to say about all the staff. The maintenance guys are always pleasant when she had questions or needs things done. And everyone was very caring when they were going through the remodel. It was very upsetting for her and everyone was quick to see to her needs. I just bring it up now because we were talking recently and she was waxing nostalgic and wanted me to let the people in charge know. Peggy Costantini

I called to get information about housing, I was considering a place for my grandfather. I was given a lot of information by Kristy there, and I felt at ease. She answered all of my questions for me, and reassured me. Unfortunately, he passed away during that time. I have never felt more supported than I did when I called to tell her. I will be calling in the future, if I ever need to look at housing again. Thank you for employing such compassionate people.
