Oakwood Club Apartments

I have lived here for over a year now and absolutely love my little apartment! It is located close to everything that you need. The grounds are kept up nicely and it's nice to have covered parking especially during the winter months. The maintenance staff is amazing and are quick to fix whatever problem you have. The office staff is friendly and runs a tight ship, but with that being said that is what makes this apartment complex so nice. You don't have people doing things that would make the complex look trashy. Oakwood Club Apartments is a great place to live at an affordable price.

I’ve lived at Oakwood Club for a little over 5 years and have been extremely happy here. The apartments and grounds here are always kept up very nicely. It’s a peaceful and quiet complex and the staff are wonderful. I have nothing but great things to say about Tim, Becca, Matt and Nick. They’re all so helpful and genuinely care about the well being of all residents here. I plan to stay here for a long time to come and would recommend this place to anyone looking for an apartment. I’ve lived here for 10 years. I lived in two apartments. I lived in apartment 76 for about 6 years and then I transferred to the newer section of the apartments and love it. Management is good. Tim and Rebecca in the office are nice. Maintenance is amazing Dan and Gabe on top of it.

I've been here for a year now I'm really grateful for the affordability, and the location is perfect as it has everything you could possibly need nearby, and its safe. For what you pay I'd say it's a great deal. Based off of other reviews about management, they have always been extremely helpful with all of my needs and very understanding Ihaven't faced anything bad with management they've always been very nice to me and my sun and go above and beyond. The maintenance team is really good at being there to help and does get things finished. I feel safe I feel like management and maintenance are doing their jobs and I'm grateful to have found an apartment that's affordable and close to everything we need.

Extremely courteous, quick to respond to any and all concerns. Facilities are very well maintained and the maintenance guys are 100% respectful and do great work. I have had to do a couple of minor repairs and they were addressed in a day or two at most. (Unless parts are needed to be ordered but that's expected)
