Oakside Apartments

Love the washer dryer in unit. Very quiet street - I never have to worry about my car at night or anything. The buildings have new lights in the hallways too and it's super bright. Everyone here is pretty quiet and keeps to themselves. Loving these new renovated units.

I haven’t lived here but wanted to give a review since I saw so much during the time I was visiting my friend who does. The property looked well kept and tended too which is always a plus. My friend had a couple of issues with plumbing and what not but the management and maintenance team seemed professional and quick to alleviate those problems in a timely manner. A lot of apartments I’ve stayed in over the years don’t compare. If I still lived in the area I would look to live here.

We lived here for 10 years until the new owners took over. They kicked everyone out so they could remodel. They didn't want to renew anyone's lease. We have never had a problem with them until the new owners took over. You try have a problem get ready for it to be half done. They don't completely fix the problem. Had my kitchen sink leaking and they came over "fixed" it and it still leaked. Had a waterfall in my bedroom for months till they "fixed" it and it still leaked. If you had a problem with loud neighbors and called to complain...nothing would happen. You would send them rent and 2 days later they would put a 3 day notice on your door. They always put letters on people's door and was quiet about it so they didn't have to talk to someone. All they cared about was getting their money

The Office Manager is really great! She's really communicative and is a straight shooter. Lots of really great new renovated spaces with washer dryers in the units!! Can't wait to see what her and the new property management group do!

Just north off Shawnee Mission Parkway and west of I-35, so quick access to highways to get around anywhere quick. There's a Price Chopper to the west near Quivira, along with other shops and restaurants. The apartments were recently renovated and look really nice, and since the property is off the main roads it's quiet. Neighbors are also quiet, and the maintenance team is top notch.
