Nieman Square Apartments

These apartments are a joke! For the price you can find something better. I regret so much renewing my contract. first day I told the staff I was allergic to pets and to make sure everything was clean and well vacuumed and it was not. So much pet hair everywhere they had to come back wash the carpet and my allergies were so bad until I took a look at the air filter and it look like it had never been changed. Second contract take a look your self! Only difference is this time they didn’t offer to wash the carpet and I had to buy a new filter my self. Oh and when it’s humid my apartment smells like wet dog! Before my first lease ended I had asked to be transferred to a renovated apartment and I was told yes when one becomes available. Than I called again when I saw one was getting renovate

Very wonderful complex to live in for the price! I highly recommend living here! By far my favorite apartment I’ve lived in. Maintenance showed up in a timely manner in the handful of times I needed them. Front office is friendly and extremely helpful. Move in process was smooth and efficient. Recently broke my lease to move halfway across the country. They were understanding and made that process smooth and efficient as well. The property is well cared for and when I moved in it was very very clean.

I have lived here going on 3 years and I love it here. If I ever need maintenance or have any issues they are addressed quickly. Everyone has always been very friendly and helpful! Highly recommend!

We lived at Nieman Square for two years until we moved because we bought a home. We loved our apartment. It was recently remodeled and was very clean and spacious. The staff is amazing, caring, and attentive. There are fun community events, nice new loungers by the pool for tanning, a cute clubhouse and very nice tenants in these apartments. Thank you all for everything. We will miss the apartment!

This was a pretty good place for the price. If you live on the lower floors you will have lots of spiders in the warmer months. Staff and maintenance was always attentive and kind. Appliances are outdated and you can tell that this place was built quickly and cheaply as walls are thin and you will hear your neighbors. Despite this, it is a good location if you want to take advantage of downtown Shawnee and want a comfortable place for your money. I never experienced a break-in and all neighbors were kind, though they kept to themselves. Pool and fitness center got the job done.
