Moving in has been easier than what I thought it would be. All my questions have been answered and I have never felt alone in the process. Thomas from the leasing team was very helpful by the time I needed to understand things about my lease that were not that clear for me at the beginning. Very good experience!

I do not live here, but we toured this complex last week after initially cancelling our tour due to seeing some negative reviews. Perla changed our minds and got us to come see for ourselves. This is actually a beautiful property with nicely renovated rooms, and went under new management in the spring. They are under lots of construction but doing their best to get everything looking great. We decided to go with another option, but Perla still wished us the best of luck in our choice and we are thankful we toured anyway.

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! Currently in the process of filing a lawsuit for forgery. When I moved out I was told I would pay the early move out fee. Instead they charged me $3,170… charged me a late fee and my rent was never late. They charged me twice for lapsed insurance even after sending them proof that I had renters insurance the entire time through State Farm. When I asked for help from the property management company I was told they didn’t have access to change the amount which was a lie. It was then sent to a debt collector and when I asked for validation of the debt I was sent a lease document that was different from the copy I have. Continently missing the entire section labeled “special provisions and what if clauses”. As well as I was told that I would receive my full deposit back and

12/30/2025: -I am updating my review based on recent developments. -Nestor and Miguel (maintenance) are great to work with! My dog warms slowly to strangers, and they have been very patient and kind to him when they have come by. -The new exercise facilities and mailroom represent a significant improvement. I can now actually get my packages, even if the office is closed. This does not completely offset the inconvenience of having to drive 10 minutes to get all my packages this Spring and Summer, and it is nice now that it's done. -There are only a few spots in front of each building that are pay-to-park. I would prefer it be based on need and not be a paid perk. I know there are residents with limited mobility or who work night shifts that might appreciate those spots, and it would be
