Prairie Point Apartments

I've lived at Prairie Point for 1 year and am very happy with the staff and the maintenance of my unit. The grounds are maintained beautifully and my unit is very large and well maintained. The staff are all very responsive, friendly, caring and very professional. Every neighbor I've met has been friendly and kind. The complex is located in a beautiful residential area. And as a bonus, many large stores and shopping centers are only about a mile or less away. I'm happy to give Prairie Point 5 stars!

I highly appreciate Christina professionalism in communication upon my arrival to moving into prairie point. She made sure I had everything that I needed she answered my emails in a quickly manner. She really made me feel very welcomed and I highly appreciate that. Oh and the maintenance worker Ali is by far thee best. He gets the job done and makes sure if I need anything else not to hesitate to let the office know and he will come take care of my needs. I have had no issues since being here. Thanks prairie point!

I've been here a little over a year and I absolutely love our home! I feel safe taking the trash out alone at night, there's more than enough space for my whole family, and Christina has been a pleasure to deal with from day one. They take care of maintenance requests, host block parties and BBQs, and are quick to deal with any out-of-line neighbors/kids. I'm incredibly grateful to be here with my family and definitely plan on staying 💚

To start off . I lived her over 4 years & went through different managements w them ! Christina is the ABSOLUTE worst !! I couldn’t have gotten out of praire point any faster once she started . She is rude , always has an attitude , NO help , her first go to is to threaten people , & if you don’t agree with her you get kicked out . And to top it off , she tells people business !! She runs peoples business down to other residents !! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!! She went into my apartment while I was gone with NO WARNING !! Then “claimed” she called me trying to tell me she needed to get into my apartment . But never received the text & got the email AFTER she had entered my apartment with no warning ! Maintenance SUCKS !! You can put all the requests in you want ! They don’t fix it !! After movi

When I moved out here a few years back there was a different manager and you could tell the complex wasnt in the best shape. Christina came in about 6 months later and within a year the place was completely different. She’s patient and understanding especially if you’re communicating with her and she is doing a fantastic job in my opinion. I feel crime has went down and I see less bullying.
