Oaks At Olde Towne (Seniors 62+)

I have been a resident here since Feb 2011. Thanks to the pals hospitality and resident friendly environment, I have enjoyed and loved every moment of my life at the oaks 15 years plus. If I ever must move out of the oaks for my needs. I'll always have and cherish enriching memories of my life at oaks

Very nice envirement, calm clean n the Manager is an excellent lady knows what she is doing encourage Residents to keep the apartments clean n also take necessary action if we need any repairs or any problems. Happy n blessed to be with a Sweet Manager like her.

My younger sister who is 67 years old moved to the Oaks from Silver Spring to be nearer to my home. It is a wonderful place to live. The tenants are very friendly and helpful. The apartments and the building are kept up beautifully. Maintenance responds quickly. I park in the parking lot just about every day to visit my sister. I keep my eyes open at night anywhere I park including at the Oaks, but nothing has ever happened to me. I think it is very well run and you'd be lucky to get an apartment at the Oaks.

Overall I am more than satisfied with my apartment some appliances are older but it’s very spacious. Management is prompt when responding to our needs. Very polite and more than friendly.

My Auntie lives here and is scared to park her car at night as near the gazebo, there are young people congregating and smoking and using drugs. If the folks who work at the Oaks At Olde Town lived there, they would care more. Residents and their guests continue to smoke, but nothing changes....Residents received a newsletter from Anna but no restrictions or tenant removal is ever initiated. It's an okay place, semi-clean. I walked out the side door to the gas station and someone had the door proped open....it's a mini ghetto....once a nice place, but no more....we're in search of a new residence for my Aunt.
