Oaks Apartments

Hi you guys I was just reading the reviews and happened to see that you guys say there's a roach problem so basically you have to call the city or 311 and ask them to get you to the city contact info. Then you have to ask the city to come treat the drains at the apartment complex 4 roaches. Once they treat the trains your roach problem will basically disappear. A lot of people don't know about this but I know of people who lived in Roseville and this is what they did they would call the city and the city would come and treat the trains and no more pest. But really your property management should know about that, you should have asked the city to come treat the drains. I don't think it cost anything.

Ask your tenants to keep their windows shut during intercourse. Nobody needs to hear that at 7:23 in the morning. My husband and I have tried contacting your office multiple times. Do your job?

Units are old and poorly maintained, the ceilings are still asbestos popcorn. Entire property has a major cockroach problem that the property owners have been ignore for the past year and refusing to treat. The “onsite laundry room” was out of order for several months and now they’ve removed the machines altogether and have failed to replace them or to give tenants a timeframe of when they will return. Pool has been closed long-term due to unsafe levels of contamination. Management is slow to respond to any complaints and reacts to each complaint with sass and deflecting blame onto the renters. Would not recommend ever renting a unit here. Attached photo is of a cockroach trap that was placed on our 2nd story patio for 3 only hours.

Your residents in upstairs apartment #4 are constantly having loud intercourse with their windows open to where the entire apartment complex next to you (Tahoe at fir oaks) can hear them. Make them stop or I will continue to leave bad reviews.

Nice apartments. Everyone pretty minds their business. Maintenance works hard. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.
