Oakland Park Apartments

The absolute worst complex to live in. They dont fix anything, the walls are paper thin you can literally hear what your neighbor is watching on television. In the winter its very cold the heat is controlled at a low temperature and you can't live in peace. People watch everything you do and say in your own apartment.

I'm a tenant here , and its purely disgusting. Ppl.that don't even live here hang here leaves trash around, gambling in hallways,outside my window till 5 am at times with loud music.. some tenats throw their trash bags out the window and just leave them .. security harasses tenant's about parking or idling while taking in groceries or laundry. But not the people just hang blasting music until the late morning hours... maintenance half fix things its like the ghetto rig everything.. Ms Murray in the office doesn't keep your files in order or spells your name right on documents. Never answers the phone or checks her voicemail so you can never leave one .. nor she doesn't answer emails either.. management sucks here and yet they try to treat all tenant's the same and that sucks.
