STAY AWAY!!!!!! One of the worst manage properties in South Florida. Please read Previous guest experience. EVERY apartment is filled with Roach, bed bugs, termites and they nothing to resolve. Office associates Wendy and Vivian don't speak English and are very uneducated on property duties and will become defensive and rude when you report a problem. No lighting around property and they have been sued countless times. The service tech will steal from your apartment if you don't have cameras. Do me a favor if you don't believe me just take a personal tour around facility and you will witness the failure of property management. Please avoid this property I beg of you.

I just renewed my lease, all of the services request are done in a timely manner, very quiet and save place to live with your family and the staff at the office- Wendy and Viviana, is very helpful and nice.

The rental experience was smooth, quick and the team Wendy and Viviana make me feel right at home immediately The apartment is cozy and the place is very nice

DON'T MOVE HERE!!! All they care about is money, there is mold and all they do is paint over it so the place has a moldy smell that you can't get rid of. They have a $254 late fee that they do their best to charge you even if the 1-3 of the month is on a weekend. They try to force you to pay online when their system never works. They charged my account 3 times and then charged me a non sufficient funds fee of $100, when they are the ones that pulled the rent 3 times and overdraft my account. For your own sanity don't move here. The staff is condescending and full of fake smiles. The worst place I ever lived. This is 2023 people should not pay this much for rent and live like this. Everyday I'm chasing lizards out of my apartment. I wish I could give it zero stars.

Very unprofessional, apartment has mold in it and the only thing they do is wipe it off every time it comes back. The amount they want for rent does not match the quality of the apartment, the floors feel like it’s going to brake through with every step you take.
